Best deck cleaning pros near San Clemente, CA

"Excellent. David and his team worked with me throughout the entire process. A received a prompt call from David after my initial inquiry. He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. From my experience and interactions, he has a lot of integrity. David was accommodating through some of my changes mid-stream and was a pleasure to work with. After reading reviews from others, I can say that I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to hire Fiber-Coat Deck Co. again for my next project and would recommend them to my friends. Thank you, David. A job well done. The deck looks awesome Work done: remove asphalt shingles, clean up and secure existing nails, lay down and screw in T&G plywood, install multi-layer deck coating (metal lathe, concrete overlay, fiberglass coating, fiberglass sheets, resin, texture, final deck coating/color)."

"Chris does excellent work and is very personable. The quality of the cleaning is amazing. Pacific Concrete has all the right equipment to do a stellar job. Far better than one could do themselves by renting equipment that isn't as powerful. I highly recommend Pacific Concrete and after you hire them, you will feel like you are in a new house again."

"great work,clean and on time."

"Good job.Good clean uo."

"We were very pleased with both the process and the outcome of the project. We received clear explanations and sound recommendations from OC Decks on what needed to done. The work was done in a timely manner, and the work area was well maintained and kept cleaned up during the project, and any existing structure (e.g., balcony railing) was not damaged. We were impressed with the professionalism and performance of the workers."

"Foothill just finished painting the front of our bldg. and we are totally happy with their workmanship and professionalism. They did a great job."

"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
