The workers came when promised. Grady was on-site every day. There was some fine tuning needed at completion and Grady finished the work to my total satisfaction. There are a lot of companies out there, so I did careful comparison shopping - everything from length of nails (some companies use staples) to tightness of thatch at grass base.
