He answered all my questions and worked with me through the entire process (even when I had changes.) He was prompt and on-time every day and was even ahead of schedule with my specific time-frame for a big deck. He's a hard worker with attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. "United Builders did an excellent job remodeling our patio. We had a flagstone patio installed about a year and a half ago (with another company), but it wasn't done well and the flagstones were lifting up. We originally were thinking of having the flagstone redone, but Mike gave us the great suggestion of using pavers and extending the length of the patio and we are very satisfied with the final results!
The entire job was done very professionally, and we were impressed with the small details- like cutting the pavers to fit tightly around some pipes. Mike was great in giving us design ideas and really was patient and supportive through the whole process. Also we got a great gas firepit built in the center which looks very nice and makes our patio usable in the evening so overall we will get more use out of it. The crew did a good job cleaning up, and Mike was attentive to all of my questions during and after the project. When it rained and the water heater pilot light went out, the company sent their plumber out again to relight it and reseal the gaps in the newly installed water heater shed. Also when our sprinklers wouldn't turn on after the project was completed he came and figured out the problem (fuse needed to be replaced) and fixed it for us for no additional charge. We definitely will use this company again!
