He clearly laid out options (hardwood, engineered hardwood, vinyl plank, carpet), provided suggestions, but left the decisions up to us. (We chose engineered hardwood downstairs and vinyl plank upstairs.) He made an effort to get the materials as soon as possible, since we had a deadline to vacate our temporary quarters. His workers were on time, friendly, efficient, and good at their crafts. We love the end product and highly recommend this company. It had been a long and hard road for us to find our house, and Dave and crew were really a ray of sunshine."
