"He showed up promptly at 8 am. Came in, took a look at the water damage, and the drain hole in the balcony. He provoded me with some insight on how the works usually go and what to expect. I am going to try one of his suggestions to quickly fix the leak, but of that did not work, i will need a more drastic fix."

"He did several jobs for me, mainly repainting a rusty door and shed roof. He carefully ground down the rust first, and took good precautions to avoid getting paint anywhere else. Did it all in a day. I'm very happy with the result."
