AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend. Super professional, on time, friendly and tidy! After calling another company first that did not show up but cancelled TWICE stating they didn’t work that late after they are the ones that gave me the time frame window, I called Reliable. Not only did they show up the very next day they also replaced my whole unit and upgraded my thermostat in less than 24 hours! HIGHLY RECOMMEND I would totally use them for all my needs

Very well. The plumber from Reliable was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I learned a few things about proper habits in using the garbage disposal and also the correct non-toxic, drain cleaner to use in the future if needed.

Reliably Professional Reliably Expensive- 5 Stars for Mario, who installed a new water heater and brought it up to code. Minus 4 stars for price gouging!!! 2200$ for a $750 water heater installed in less than 3 hours. Even with the extra parts to bring to code, materials cost less than a thousand dollars that leaves $1200 divided by 3 hrs = $400 per hour!!!!

Excellent! Service technician arrived promptly, on day of call, and we were notified he was on his way. The problem was solved and they worked to ensure complete satisfaction. We have worked with Reliable Plumbing for many years and are always satisfied with their professionalism and results!

Steve came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the part available and was able to install within 30 minutes. Steve also recommended tips and maintenance solutions to avoid future problems with our furnace.

We have used Reliable to replace our Water Heaters and to fix a Leak in the main water Line, this Company is Great, they will make it happen if you are running into a water-related issue, the times I have called them, they usually get someone to your place in a couple hours and take care of you, they are reasonably priced and very courteous & professional.

Horrible job! The Guy dented the Water Heater and installed the Filteration System wrong. They also charge outrageous prices and have sub standard Plumbers.

The estimate to replace the RO filter was so eye-wateringly HIGH, I determined I could purchase an entirely NEW system from COSTCO for less  than to simply replace the filter, which was my original estimate request.  Jason then replaced the water filter for the house, and removed the water-restriction caps, which necessitated TWO visits at close to $543 for both services, something I felt was excessive.  What's worse than their-price-to-value ratio is that, after two visits, and almost $600, Jason still has to return a third time, necessitating time off of work, to "re-wire" the faucet because he mixed cold-to-hot and hot-to-cold on the valve.  Shelly, the owner, was highly offended when I suggested that Jason was incompetent, and I requested an adjustment to the bill for having to return, yet again, to my home to fix his misrouting of the valves.  She refused, and implied that I could have simply given them the key to come into our home, unsupervised, tho had not suggested that until after I'd already made arrangements to be home to let him in yet again.  Finally, Jason stated that all values on the RO water system were "on" but he couldn't explain why the system was NOT dispensing water unless I was willing to pay ANOTHER charge to have him "tear into the system."  I find this explanation highly suspect and disingenuous.  In conclusion, I feel like I was ripped-off.
I would highly recommend finding a different plumber because Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was unwilling to take responsibility for having to fix it's incompetence by adjusting their bill, and for their relatively high fees for what I actually got as a repair/service.  Furthermore, Shelly, the so-owner, was inflexible and rude when I suggested that Jason was incompetent.  I will have my RO filter repaired by someone more competent tho I highly doubt there is anything actually wrong with it.

Their service price is competitive, but they probably not the least expensive.  They are at least competitive for the quality of their work.

Showed up on time, gave reasonable estimates. Did the work promptly.  Cleaned up after himself.  We were pleased.

a fiasco!

Nicole answered the call-very professional, polite. and reassuring, got me a very convenient appt. and then communicated again when Steve, the plummer, would arrive. Excellent phone manner. 
Steve arrived when expected, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, explained all of it in non-technical terms, and most importantly did not talk down to me. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. 
I felt very confident and satisfied with the whole experience. BRAVO! And will definitely use them again.

Benjamin Franklin HVAC in Monterey, CA came out to take a look at getting an older (25-30 years) Rheem electric furnace up and running again. It had been converted to run with a passive solar system and we wanted it put back to original. He took a look while I made photocopies of all of the diagrams, parts lists, serial numbers, etc. for him to take with him. He said he would have to call the Rheem people and get back to us. We never heard from him again-- it's now February. No charge, but a follow-up phone call saying he didn't want to do the work would have been appreciated.
