"We have casement windows requiring lots of TLC. The windows are beautiful but the cranks, locks and latches frequently need servicing due to misuse and the ocean air and moisture. ABA Windows has rescued our windows many times with short notice. They are safety first, conscientious and really great with repair. Never any pressure to replace the windows. ABA values a quality product and is willing to go out of their way to find an elusive part and get the job completed properly. They also replace glass! Affordable, precise and efficient. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
