"He was doing great and doing extra things. I paid him 3,200.00 for materials and he said he ordered them in July they were supposed to be delivered 08/02/21. He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

I didn't fully comprehend that meaning until we actually lived through the construction and she was so right about her layout containing everything to one area. She also did window treatments, an entertainment unit, and space planning for us. Her expertise and experience on living in a space was so spot on after construction, too. She made everything look so beautiful but also still functional. She really knows the scale of furniture to be in a space as well as placement and using furniture we already had!"
