We were wowed by Roberto - his professionalism was evident with online contract and confirmation of day and time. He is a true perfectionist, putting in nearly six hours to power wash our two story house. Awnings, stairs, you name it - we will not wait so long to have this done again. And with Elite ofcourse!

He did a good job on the sidewalk and deck however in front there were many streaks that he was going to come back and correct and he did not and I can not reach him. He did call and say he was called out of country and he has never called or returned.
