"I turned to Angi's List for a 2nd quote on my water heater replacement after reading the reviews on the company my home warranty sent out. Carter came on time, explained the estimate to me for a Bradford-White double insulated 40 gal water heater and installed the same day. The estimate was slightly under the other company and I was able to get a $650 buy-out from my home warranty to put towards it. This was 3 months ago and I'm just getting around to the review. These guys know what they're doing and are very professional. Highly recommend!"

He explained the need for a new filter in the heating unit and showed me photos of the unit located in the attic. "Never had such a great experience with any contractor. So grateful to Eugene, Artem, Nick, and Alex not only for the great work they did, but for the care and attention they put in for 3 straight months. My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. Really hoping I don't have any reason to need to reach out again soon, but if I do, I know who I'll be calling. Also, special shout out to Jeremy, Karen, and Kathy for their logistical help as well!"
