After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."
