"I just want to say that I am sorry we could not provide what the customer thought would be satisfactory. Our business does back up our work on quality service on behalf of saying that, after the job had been finished, the customer had contacted us to inform us they were not satisfied, and asked if we could come back to fix the exposed extension cord we were obliged to do so we agreed we would come on Saturday morning the evening before we were supposed to go the customer text us back and said they had no need of our service, they were getting other consultations. On another note, we did do the job properly. The whole front of the house was installed with lights, the left side of the house was installed with lights on the second story, there was no where to hang lights on that side on the first story. The lights reached all the way around the back of the house, but unfortunately, there was an area that I did not think we could reach with the ladder so we went on top of the roof of the home and there was solar panels in our way where we could not step to install the lights in that section. As for the right side of the home, the strand of lights we had that measured 250 feet fell short and did not reach all the way to the front of the house. That is why there was a gap left. We would have went back to fix any problems. They turned us down. The transaction made is nonrefundable."
