Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. "Would dodge the question when i asked for a contract and never wrote one out, broke 2 of my lighting fixtures (they replaced these), 2 window panes (they replacedone with plexiglass which is plastic and denied the other one), got paint everywhere including my front steps, left a truckload of garbage after saying they'd remove all of it, left asbestos everywhere, destroyed $500 worth of crown molding by cutting it wrong, and left beer bottles that they were drinking on the job in my sink. I'm afraid to have anyone work on my house ever again at this point."
