They did a good job and were nice. I would recommend them to others, however, I did feel their prices were a little high.

I asked for a DEEP cleaning of the master bathroom and if there was extra time she could move on to other rooms. The maid barely wiped anything in the master bath. The shower was not even touched and still had soap scum on the door. The toilet wasn't cleaned and I don't think she even mopped the floor. Instead she lightly wiped the counter and sink without moving anything. She went on to the bedrooms where she lightly dusted things. She didn't even dust the top shelf of the book cases! The cleaning was very haphazard and basically a waste of time.

They quoted me $455 when it came time to pay, the way they acted like her boss under quoted which was kinda of weird. So, I gave her extra 20 bucks but I didn't really think that the job they did was that great. She seemed to understand what I asking her to do, it was a little bit of language barrier there. When I came to check the work, it was good but there are some areas that I thought could have been better.

I am a bit picky. They were extremely responsive and were in great contact with me. The cleaning was a B at best. It was clean but I found some corners that were left untouched. Overall they were great.

They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

I think the entire episode went quite well. I have never used a cleaning agency before, so I was and quot;nervous,and quot; as an older, single male and used to and quot;my own wayand quot; with things. I used an introductory coupon which saved me 40-50% for a basic three hours of house cleaning, with the details to be worked out upon arrival. The and quot;lead,and quot; Alicia, arrived (exactly on time) along with the young woman, Laura, who would actually remain to do the work. Everyhitng was gone over prior to the beginning of the work. We agreed to a basic kitchen, hallway, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom clean-up, which was what I needed most. I got three hours for the special price of $65...about half the normal for the work described. Laura, the young woman who stayed, worked steadily, quietly, and professionally till 12 noon. She was SO quiet that I even checked on her a couple of times! She was cheerful, very pleasant, and hard-working. I did the and quot;inspectionand quot; tour at the end, and was completely satisfied. I am an older bachelor, and it felt good to see my place cleaned so well! Despite my initial trepidation I was just relieved and pleased to be in a CLEAN house! I will definitely keep Budget Maid Service about once or twice a month, and rotate the jobs as I see the need. One and quot;soloand quot; job, for example, will be the refrigerator...which will take some dedicated time, and was not done in the initial overall clean-up (by mutual plan and agreement). I also have a lot of and quot;displayand quot; knick-knacks, etc., which will need special attention by themselves. However, Alicia seems to totally understand what I want, and can be flexible about arranging the the job to get what I want cleaned when I want it...I like that a lot. She is allowing me, as the client, to tell her how I need the work done, instead of just offering a and quot;standardand quot; one-size-fits-all service. I could therefore, recommend Budget Maid to anyone.

They come and and look and see what you want done and then they give you a price depending upon how often and what you want. I think they are very reasonable. They are on time and they are very thorough. I tell them the particular things that I am concerned about and want to be addressed and they make sure to do those during the time they are here.

She was okay. She did not complete the job. I do not know if there was not enough time. I do not know why. The price was good.

They did a very good job.

Great job. Very good communication and great job cleaning the house. I kept the service and now have them come twice a month.

The consultant came and did a walk-through. Explained what would be cleaned and then they set the appointment. Their staff arrived on time and did a super job on my home.

Everything is excellent with them. They are very punctual and even show up early sometimes.

I had a coupon for two hours of housecleaning for $49.00. They did a fantastic job! They came in and did what they were suppose to do. I would use them again in the future.
