"Run, run far away! Moving is stressful enough on it’s own; packing, unpacking, disconnecting services, remembering to get your WiFi turned on. One would hope that the company you entrust, and pay, to transport your entire life from one home to another would try and help make the process go as smoothly as possible. Platinum Moving and Storage did the opposite! 31 business days and nearly 7 weeks of waiting to have my belongings delivered to me...by a different company!!! The hours I spent crying, worrying, stressing over the “what if’s” that I may never see those totes of my boys childhood memories ever again. I can’t even begin to tell you the number of times I would call and leave messages in hopes that someone would return my call and let me know what was happening. My request for a discussion about discounting the balance because of the length of time and heartache it all caused was met with lots and lots of excuses by Ryan. Someone how it was my fault for all the things that had happened in his personal and professional life. Please, please think twice before giving your business to this incredibly poorly run business!"

"First of all, my items moved from California to New Mexico were delivered in good condition. The only problem that I had is with Beefcake's customer service. I was scolded by Gabbie when she didn't receive my check on time that I had sent via UPS. I also provided her with a tracking number for the UPS letter. I had misunderstood that they needed the check within 2 days, but instead I thought that they needed the check to be sent out within 2 days and I was angrily scolded for not getting the check to them in time. I'm not sure if Gabbie still works at this moving company, but she should not speak down to any customer in this manner. I cannot recommend this moving company due to poor customer service."
