Bronze Moving & Storage did good job. I would use them again. The young men were respectful and helpful. They packed stored and unpacked my items and asked me where to place things. The cost was fair and they were easy to contact and arrange a scheduling time. I did have an item damaged and they took it for repair. There was an obvious mice presence in some of the boxes but that happened at the storage facility. The young men that moved me were on time and worked quickly as to not waist my money. They took special care to ask where I wanted things and double checked with me afterwards to verify they had placed things according to my liking. I do not like moving but the Bronze Moving & Storage made it easy.

My Family and I used Bronze Star Moving Jan. 2023. They brokered us out to a scam mover who tripled our price. They were in the same room talking to the mover but yet claimed they did not know them. At that point, they refused to answer emails or calls though part of the reason we hired them was their referral by ( remove company name) and their promise to be with us to the end. We never heard from them again until we started posting negative reviews. They challenged them but we won those and they stayed. Read negative reviews NOT the positive. I had to move on incredibly short notice due to a last-minute change in my lease, and I was in full panic mode. Thankfully, this Bronze Star Moving and Storage saved the day! They were able to accommodate my request and squeezed me into their schedule, even though I booked just two days before the move. The crew was amazing—super professional, quick, and careful with my belongings. They even helped me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame, which was a huge relief. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. If you’re in a bind and need a moving company that goes above and beyond, don’t hesitate to call these guys!

They spent extra time prepping my house on both ends to protect the floors, doors and banisters. From our very first contact with Danny, the removal process was absolutely seamless he was sooooo helpful and was able to book our removal at extremely short notice. My son lives in a high rise and we had a very small window for lift access. The fantastic team of Bronze, Max and Yosef were amazing-they finished the job so efficiently and smoothly, nothing was a problem! They were a joy to watch! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a spectacular job from the moment they arrived at my home. They were fast, organized and prepared for any and all hiccups. I especially appreciated that they brought extra boxes, etc. when I realized I still had to pack lamps! This moving company was amazing, I strongly recommend them! They showed up exactly on time, they were so professional and very attentive. All the furniture and decorations were wrapped up securely, I have several mirrors and fragile pieces throughout the house and not a single item was scratched or broken. When they arrived at the house we were barely even packed and they handled everything so efficiently. Anything that needed to be taken apart, like the bed frames, they dealt with themselves and they put it all back together perfectly at the new house. This company made moving so simple!

Bronze Star Moving and Storage was very easy to deal with. Joseph gave me an in home estimate and quoted me 4-6 hours of labor. He assured me his crew would take the utmost care of my belongings. The crew arrived at 8am (on time) and wrapped all my furniture and moved it with ease. The 3 men were super professional and made it look easy (and I have some HEAVY furniture!!). Overall it took 5 hours of labor, just what I was quoted. So, thanks to Mark and the crew of the 3 men he sent, moving day was as easy as could be.

We cannot even begin to express how top notch these guys were! They hustled from start to finish. They were on time, friendly, full of energy and respectful of our belongings. When unloading at our new home, they didnâ  t just â  unload.â  Everything was exactly where we asked for it to go and boxes were stacked neatly and in order. We arenâ  t newbies to moving and can comfortably say that if you need movers, this is 1000% the guy to call!

The two movers who helped us (Thomas and Chloe) were fantastic! They arrived promptly, which was very pleasant. They were polite, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the work. Each of them was careful with everything they unloaded from the truck, from books to furniture to kitchenware. We were very impressed with the work ethic each of these men displayed. I could have gotten cheaper but I chose this company because of the person who answered the phone I think Mia was very professional and I was under a lot of stress and changed my delivery 3 different times and they were great to work with.

These guys are awesome. friendly and accommodating. They showed up on schedule and did an amazing job maneuvering heavy furniture through narrow doorways and tight corners. I hired Bronze Star thinking they would be the main company I would be working with for my move. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with them. I had a big move from IL to another state and all they did was quote my overall move and a virtual walkthrough for the whole process. I had put down almost a 2K deposit when in the end they did not help me at all during my move. They had to hire another company to move my items and I had to pay them the remaining amount. It would have been best to just hire one company within the state and pay them the full amount, I could have saved myself some money and ALOT of stress. The 2 people I had previously spoken with did not return my messages or calls when I had more questions regarding the move, even though customer service did call me regarding my concerns. I thought it was not professional not to return my calls or emails from the main people that asked for my money. I would not use them for another move.
