I am not sure there?s enough space here to file a complaint accurately. The company did not live up to the terms of their contract. They delivered our items late. The items were picked up on July 22 and not delivered to us until September 6 was a great deal of damage to our items we were told to file a claim for those damages with a company called CSI . After doing so CSI told us they were no longer affiliated with swift and had closed our claim. We have tried through email and phone call to find out who to file the claim with now and swift does not return our calls or emails. We had heirloom pieces that were destroyed Several other large items that were damaged significantly and now we are left with no recourse at all don?t use this company. Additionally the quote we were given initially was not accurate, in fact I was $6900 move doubled in price. The move was conducted from George to New Mexico.

I was stunned to see they brought along spare bulbs and screws just in case something was missing during the reassembly process. Who does that nowadays. True professionals that who.

The personnel took great care with our belongings many of which were fragile antiques. They finished the job rapidly and were patient with our new landlord mistakes. I can sing their praises loudly enough.

Both the movers were absolutely incredible to work with!! They arrived promptly were professional and completed the move very quickly. They explained the whole process and were very careful with all our belongings. We moved from the third floor so we greatly appreciated their services.

Their crew arrived early with smiles and an energy that lifted my mood. Every piece of furniture was disassembled wrapped and reassembled with precision.

The finest movers I worked with! Louis team not only did a remarkable job in packing and delivering my belongings safely to me but they also helped me clean out the new place so I could easily organize everything in there. Their commitment to customer service is admirable!

They double-checked that all screws and parts from my disassembled bed were taped securely to the frame. No missing pieces!

Throughout the moving process Brett kept me in the loop with regular updates. His proactive communication style meant that I was never left wondering about the status of my move. He detailed the packing process the transit times and even the weather conditions on the day of the move.

I was astounded by the quality of this company quotations. nonetheless from packing to delivery this crew offered outstanding support at a fair price and my wife and I are extremely grateful for their help with our recent move to a 2 bedroom house.

We had an excellent experience with our movers who were excellent at what they did and enjoyable to chat with. They also exceeded the projected move time by an hour and a half. I thought they charged me extra but Thank God they did. Thanks for the awesome move.
