With an incredibly fair bid, and within an impressive time frame, Issac and his beautiful wife and partner transformed our home. The job required multiple skills. We had thought we would have to use separate contractors but Madrid did it all: expertly laid hardwood floors, safely hung and wired specialty lighting throughout, precisely installed crown molding and baseboards, consulted with us on construction obstacles and provided solutions to our every single need. Issac is a craftsperson, which shone in the creation of artistic steps and unique tiled baseboards in a remodeled garage. The team handled purchases, pickups, deliveries, and all things intimidating to homeowners. With calm professionalism, they walked into our disaster and took the reins during an otherwise fairly difficult time. They contributed as color and texture consultants, painted, drywalled, installed cabinetry fixtures. All of this while leaving our home clean and livable for our family.
