It had been over a year since a cleaning, so LOTS to do. They went far beyond what we expected, and were done in half a day. The cost was very reasonable for us. She came in with a helper for a deep-cleaning of my home, as I do regular maintenance myself, and the attention to details was commendable. My only recommendation is to expect that it takes time, so if she had another person on her crew, it would be less hours spent in the home. I called Odete and I asked her if her services would include the area of Roseville. She said yes. We made arrangements for her to come to my home to give me an estimate. She viewed my home asked me some questions and quoted me a price for bi-weekly and monthly service. I accepted her quote and we made arrangements for her first appointment. The next day she sent me a text saying she was unable to make it. I asked if we could reschedule. Crickets! No response. Her lack of response leads me to believe her change of heart had to do with the drive to Roseville. I asked her early on if She would come to Roseville. What a waste of time.

Discount Hauling was great! The wheelchair weighed 250 pounds and the wheels were not working. The two of them dragged it to the driveway and then removed the batteries - they knew exactly how to do it. They then lifted it onto the truck. They were prompt, professional, efficient, and very nice guys. The cost was much lower than the other bids I received.
