She came in with a helper for a deep-cleaning of my home, as I do regular maintenance myself, and the attention to details was commendable. My only recommendation is to expect that it takes time, so if she had another person on her crew, it would be less hours spent in the home. I called Odete and I asked her if her services would include the area of Roseville. She said yes. We made arrangements for her to come to my home to give me an estimate. She viewed my home asked me some questions and quoted me a price for bi-weekly and monthly service. I accepted her quote and we made arrangements for her first appointment. The next day she sent me a text saying she was unable to make it. I asked if we could reschedule. Crickets! No response. Her lack of response leads me to believe her change of heart had to do with the drive to Roseville. I asked her early on if She would come to Roseville. What a waste of time.

Tammie did a phenomenal job marketing and selling our high end custom home within a week of it being listed. Tammie highlighted all the special features I added into our home as an architect with the marketing and also helped produce and selected the photos and video making the house truly sing to the buyer. She also produced an impressive analytics package of potential buyers and she put together a phenomenal portfolio of all the drawings and documentation for the buyer. Tammie is hard working and very responsive and extremely professional.
