They constructed a brand new casita on a different part of my property. The result was beautiful and truly exceeded my expectations. I feel like it’s so scary to hire someone for such a large project and they totally did right by me. I am definitely going to use them on any further remodels or additions we need for our home. I cannot say enough good things about them they built quickly however, they did not skip corners and did everything correctly. I haven’t had an issue with the build ever since it was completed. The customer service was 10/10 and the quality of the work was outstanding. We passed inspections with no issues."

He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."
