This morning there was quite a bit of water (from condensation) coming out of the drainpipe so it DID work! Hurray!"

"I received a call from Lizette within a fairly short period of time. I explained our trouble areas not knowing if the issues could be resolved with just a repair or if the gutters needed replacing. She came out within a couple days. I was given a quote for just a repair...and one for replacing our whole gutter system. Because I felt the quote was reasonable for replacing the whole system, and we did have rust issues in areas that weren't leaking yet, we decided to replace all our gutters. We were also about ready to have the exterior painted on our home so Joe and Ron worked around my, and our painter's, schedule. "I found a 2nd problem area after I got the 1st inspection and estimate, so I had 2 different inspectors and inspections before the work was done, and then the roofer who did the job found more problems. Unfortunately, this occurred during our deluge and they were booked, so that by the time they could come to do the repairs, more damage had been done. In the end, all areas were repaired satisfactorily and I have high praise for the roofer who completed the job.
