"If you have a skylight, flashing, or asphalt roofing problem, Jose's roofing is a full service operation with long-term employees, and journeyman-level roofers that arrive well-tooled #1, and #2, with all the repair parts necessary. Jose Pena, their field-supervisor met with myself and the technician, on our roof who would be there to perform the hands-on metal and underlayment procedures. We had two of three skyklights that needed step-flashing replacement, and I asked them to try save the now color-faded Brownwood shingles they removed to re-use. They were able to save most of the shingles, but not enough to replace as originals completely. They chose a (faded Brownwood) matching GAF lifetime shingle in Hickory and blended them in un-noticeably. . We have no interior "ceiling", just underlayment and then tongue & groove. Any nail-throughs would have shown up in our living room. This was a TOUGH job to get right and blend into a non-noticeable repair inside and outside. Jose's Roofing used 2-ft. wide "peel and stick" around the skylight perimeters so all of the 3/4" nails driven into the tongue & groove would be sealed upon penetration. One person flashed both skylights. One person prepped, and one person stayed on the job for 7-hrs. to run for parts if needed. This is the way Jose's Roofing operates. They work hard to gain your trust. They wouldn't accept a nickel until the job was done, the area was swept, and we were happy. It's a "roofing jungle" out there when you're searching. We've lived in our home for 46-yrs. It's an 1920's house. Jose's Roofing knew how to work on it, and they had the tools to do the job cleanly and correct. "He went above and beyond - even remembering I had a concern about a possible hole in the roof by a vent and he checked it for me on the day they put the gutters on. I didn't really expect that. I had been searching for roof people to come out for that. He also included those plastic extenders for the spouts so the water doesn't come out right by the foundation. He even gave me one for the gutter on the sunroom that already existed which he wasn't working on. I had no problems getting him on the phone. I wasn't home when the gutters were put on, but when I got back, it was amazing. I almost didn't notice they were there! The down spouts were put in perfect places and it just all looks very nice. We are super happy with him and I think it was worth the Angie's list membership just to find him."
