"I found a 2nd problem area after I got the 1st inspection and estimate, so I had 2 different inspectors and inspections before the work was done, and then the roofer who did the job found more problems. Unfortunately, this occurred during our deluge and they were booked, so that by the time they could come to do the repairs, more damage had been done. In the end, all areas were repaired satisfactorily and I have high praise for the roofer who completed the job.
