Dave came out to inspect the water damaged floor and prepared a complete and detailed estimate. He and his team were reliable and showed up every day exactly when they said they would. The communication was easy and timely. He and Isaac were meticulous in the removal of the damaged wood and sub-floor. The rebuilding of the sub-floor was not any easy task and it was done with precision. The new hardwood floor was woven into the existing dining room floor and then Dave and Isaac worked tirelessly with me to match the stain to the existing floor. This was a bit of a challenge since we had no records regarding the original stain color.
