Excellent cleaning job conducted on kitchen appliances, oven and dishwasher. Cleaned a rental unit and provided pictures of a job well done which I appreciated since I was not on site myself.

I was setting this cleaning up for a friend whose husband is on deployment in the Navy. She has two toddlers and really needed a good clean. We paid extra for a deep kitchen clean, which was not done and told our friend that the house was so messy she should have turned around and left on arrival. We are embarrassed, angry and disappointed. Not worth even half the cost.

Upon asking for a quote, I received a phone call and quote soon after. I was able to explain the cleaning needed and specific items of the job. We agreed on an appointment and it was confirmed the evening before by text. Elisabeth arrived early to walk through the job and the cleaning team arrived right on time. The work was excellent, they brought all their own supplies, all the necessary safety precautions were taken such as wearing a face cover and during the job the team was respectful of my home and belongings. I would definitely hire them again.

The Service was excellent & very thorough cleaning my apartment. She even cleaned my oven! I would highly recommend this company & the cost is reasonable.

The cleaning my house received was fantastic, lots of attention to detail and exceeded my expectations. I am, however, hesitant to give five stars for the following reason. I had booked 4 hours of cleaning plus windows. What I received were three workers for more than 6 hours. While they left my house spotless, the cost was almost triple what I had budgeted for. I would use this service again because they did such a great job, I just will be sure to communicate more clearly exactly what I expect.

Booked the week before, they were 2hrs late because the person I spoke with on the phone did not add us to the schedule despite clearly agreeing to an appointment. Phone reception for the number available was terrible each time I called. That being said, the team compensated for the late arrival by cleaning the house INCREDIBLY. They took extra time and really deep cleaned every inch. Quality of cleaning is top notch, customer service/dispatch leaves something to be desired.
