"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Jeanine was very efficient and conscientious in the scheduling process. As we both work and I occasionally travel, the scheduling was a bit challenging and we appreciated Jeanine's flexibility and follow up to help insure that the repairs were scheduled. The day of the repairs, Jeremiah showed up on time ready to work. He was professional, courteous, friendly, clean (didn't make a mess and cleaned up after himself), and helpful. His workmanship was excellent as he matched the existing wall texture so that the patches blend in and not visible.  We are extremely pleased with the drywall repairs completed and highly recommend S&D Brushworks Painting & Coating.

"He arrived a few minutes early (which was great!), and quickly and easily assessed the job to be done.  Before he came, it wasn't clear if he was just going to assess the work to be done and schedule another day to do the work, or do it all that same day.  Once at my house, and after looking at the hole, he quickly and quietly repaired the hole.  He kept his work environment very neat, and cleaned up well after he was done.  He was very pleasant to deal with.

"This is my second/third go-round with Tom @ Dandy Landscape Construction and I am no less pleased than the first time. Originally Tom built me a new retaining wall (approximately 80' x 3') and a fence on top of that wall with a return gate. Subsequently, Tom has completed two more projects for me. 
First, Tom pulled up my driveway, sidewalk, and part of my sideyard and laid down beautiful brick pavers. The outcome is dramatic, and I can finally say the front of my house is complete. It's great when you have neighbors stop by just to say how much they like what you are doing with the place. Much like the first time we worked together, Tom was constantly on-site managing his excellent work crew, and he was very responsive to my ... let's call them frequent inquiries. The work was completed timely, professionally, and on-budget. Speaking of budget, Tom worked with me to stick within my budget and offered creative solutions to get what I wanted accomplished without me winding up in debtors prison. And where I couldn't afford to do everything at once, Tom finished the job in such a way as to allow it to be easily picked up and finished later. 
Most recently, Tom built me another fence on my other property line. As with the first fence, the quality and workmanship was top-rate, and Tom did an excellent job of dealing with the unique interests of each neighbor that shared the fence. It's always a pleasure to do work with someone who not only does a good job, but seems generally interested in the success of your project. I would probably keep Tom constantly employed if I could just win the MegaMillions. Until then..."

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."
