"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Wonderful! Luis was right on time got the job done in a timely manner. One point I want to make. I had a big hole in front of my house. I contacted Luis on Monday he was able to do my job on Wednesday so I wouldn’t get in trouble with my HOA. I was very pleased about that."

Frank's crew are truly craftsmen, are courteous and punctual. This job entailed wood fencing with gates, masonry wall, concrete laying and stamping, interlocking pavers, landscaping, drainage system, lighting and an irrigation system. "Solomon's team did a fabulous job on our home! We were so impressed that we kept adding projects. By the end, we had his team not only do our bathrooms but we added a support structure wall, stucco, drywall, a window closure. and exterior painting. Solomon helped us stay in our budget by answering questions/giving advice when he could about other projects so that my husband could still do some stuff on his own! Very collaborative crew...they were flexible and understanding when my husband's attempts at handyman work were prolonged. Solomon's guys are very reliable and completed a huge amount of work within a very reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable price. I felt Solomon and his team genuinely cared about our home and our need for help. For example, one of his guys said he would come by and give my husband advice on how to put the flooring in. Ray came on a Saturday afternoon for 3 hours and wouldn't accept anything as payment. My husband had to practically force him to take something. He just kept saying "No, I really like to help people. Its hard to do on your own". Another example - we discovered that some of our window seals had broken and we were going to need new windows. This meant Solomon's team had to come back a month later to finish the tiling around the windows. They gladly agreed. Solomon will be our go-to person for any future needs. His team really is knowledgeable. One last thing to mention- Solomon himself is a very calm, easy-going person. He is a down to earth, authentic guy.
