Very very nice and they did what I need to get done.

After the job was finished they knocked off $200 as it didn't take as much time and materials as initially thought. The work was really good, fast, and they know their stuff. You can't go wrong with these guys.

They were on time and did what they said they would do at the agreed price. They were friendly and answered any questions I had.

Joe and Raul replaced a number of molding panels between the floor and wall that had become swollen due to a previous water leak. They painted the panels and wall an appropriate matching color. They also replaced a rusted out door knob pair. In addition they replaced the bottom section of the kitchen undercounter below the sink that had become warped and swollen due to water damage. They tightened up all of the items near the sink and replaced the water faucet. The work was professional, quick, and the price was reasonable.

Joe and Rolly moved a floor electric outlet and rebuilt a wooden garden gate. They were responsive to calls and timely in their arrival. They were skillful and made a significant effort to limit the amount of cement dust created by saw cutting into the family room cement slab. Only minor point of contention was a request for an extra $100 for disconnecting an electric outlet (something I could do in 5-10 minutes). We resolved this equitably but I would recommend obtaining a written job summary and proposed project cost ahead of time to minimize any potential issues. I was very pleased with their work and will use them again for additional home repair projects that will invariably come up.

I really appreciate that Joe made an effort to come out to fix the gutter before the rainstorm came. He used some good bolts to stabilize it.

He was prompt, knowledgeable & friendly.

I had them install a 10x12 'aluminum/metal canopy in my back yard. They arrived 8:00 am and were finished by 12:00. Mostly 2 did the work and the third man helped when needed. They were prompt, very efficient and a pleasure to have them do the job. I would use them again

They completed the original work.

He didn't complete the job. Also, he used a piece for our bath which didn't match the other pieces. Another thing he was going to do he dropped the wood piece into the wall and now we can't get it out. We contacted him about it but haven't heard from him. We made the check to Raul Martinez but am not sure whether he was the person who did the work.

I'm impressed, in 3 days they have finished 3 items to my satisfaction. They patched some holes in my ceiling, replaced my small sprinkler box, fixed a gutter and power-washed the wall. They are willing to work and find solutions.

I have been using them for 14 years. They have done many projects for me. I cant say enough about them. They reliable, fair priced and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help out.
