"Much better than I could have ever hoped for. Damian and his crew were so awesome. Such attention to detail! And I'm Type A so that matters a lot to me. I had some special needs because I'm a gardener and some of my gardens butt up against the fence. I begged for them to be careful...not one leaf was damaged!!! I had San Diego Fence out for an estimate. They did not even want to touch it because it wasn't going to be something they could just slap up. Damian hooked me up with the solar driveway gate guy. He was also great! A few of the best things...Damian is on site the entire time, they listen, they get done quickly, they stay till it's finished (no 7-3 like so many others), super easy to work with, and best of all...way cheaper than anyone else. I guess the best review would be how many people keep stopping by to admire it AND Damian got 4 extra jobs from neighbors. I just can't express how impressed and thankful I am to the guys at GD Fence!"

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "S&D Brushworks originally painted the exterior of our home a couple of years ago, and did such a great job on that, that we asked them to paint two of the bedrooms in our home this year. Once again, they have done an outstanding job. David gave us the original estimate, which was a reasonable price, and then adjusted it when we decided to have the popcorn ceiling removed and the ceiling repainted as well. We had all of the walls painted, with an accent wall in each room, as well as the doors, shelving, trim and baseboards. Omar was the painter for both rooms, and he did such a wonderful job. We were having the floors re-carpeted as well, and Omar came back at no additional charge to touch up all of the places that were dinged with the carpet installation. We will definitely continue to use S&D Brushworks as we continue to repaint the rest of the rooms in our house. We recommend them highly!"

"Tom and the team at Dandy Landscaping  have been maintaining and improving my landscaping for nearly
half a year now and I  just couldn't be more satisfied.  We were
searching for an environmentally-friendly landscaper with modern approaches,
and Tom has come through on all levels.  Not long ago we decided to redo
our backyard landscaping, and Dandy's prices were reasonable and his
suggestions were incredibly wise, from helping us plan the our desired
aesthetic look to providing us with ideas for the kinds of chips, rock, plants
and other elements we needed.  He even helped us rebuild and repaint our
railing!  All this while keeping our yard the prettiest on the street.
 It?s also convenient  that you can pay via internet,  and
whenever I have concerns or require additional work, its easy to get to Tom and

"They were the highest bid. They were very timely. They got things done in a hurry. The kitchen is beautiful and everything they do. They take a lot of pride in their work. They know what they are doing and they are very scientific about how they go about it. You just have to trust them and it is beautiful. What you end up with is spectacular. The price was high. I don't think he listened to me when I tried to explain that I hadn't decided on what kind of window I wanted. I think that we had communication problems. They followed their schedule very carefully. They kept busy. The fellow in charge tries hard."

"Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"I am very pleased and even amazed at the transformation of my back yard. First, I must compliment Jesse, the landscape architect who designed my project. I had very specific "wants and needs" which he incorporated perfectly. The renderings and plans were excellent. The job supervisor, Leo, was very impressive. Even though he was overseeing quite a few other jobs, he never forgot any details or tweeks I wanted in my project. He was always very responsive. It took approximately 3 months to complete my project. I'm sure it would have taken other companies much longer as I saw happening when my neighbors had landscape work done at their homes. Many days there were 5-7 men on my job; they showed up promptly at 7 AM and worked very hard all day. They would also clean up the site at the end of each day. They were very experienced, as evidenced by the great work they did. I am a very particular person, so I closely watched the work being done. Santiago was often on-site and always checked the plans to be sure the job was being built as specified, He also expertly did much of the work himself. My backyard went from having very little useable or functional space to a place where I can easily entertain 50 or more people. When the job was done they did the final TLC, as Leo calls it, and they even washed my lower story windows and patio doors that were bordering the construction site. Final compliments to Jessica the office admin person and Richard the owner of the company. Unfortunately the photos were taken on a cloudy day and don't do the project justice."
