"On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

All the low voltage lightings, the special insulation that they used, the extra protection that they installed in the window that I have in the kitchen and more… All of this features improved the energy protection at the kitchen. They followed up with me the following day after all the final documents were signed off by me about the work in order to make sure that I was happy with the final results. "They did a fabulous job on the analysis. They were here for 5 and a half hours so it was very thorough. They tested the air flow through the ducts and everything. I was blown away by the thoroughness for the analysis. They were extremely professional and explained why they were recommending what they recommended. They followed up by sending a pdf of their estimate and their explanation. We did not have the company install insulation, but it wasn’t due to their lacking. What they proposed was definitely the best solution."

"I bought an Angie's list deal for dry wall repair but really they just spread some spackle on it and left it rough. I had to scrape off the blobs of spackle left on the ceiling. My boyfriend could have done the same job. I wanted them to actually replace the dry wall where it was cracking. Mainly they wanted to sell me more jobs and pushed me to sign on with them to get new insulation in the attic. I had them give me an estimate on rain gutters while they were here. Their estimate/prices are very high. I think they have to pay for all those people manning the phones. It sounds like a boiler room when they call."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
