He has so much knowledge and is willing to share it with you. For instance, we got to talking about cleaning cabinets of oily greasy build up and I told him the things I tried that hadn't work and he suggested something that does, just because he's a nice guy. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill.
