They came out and performed the cleaning for free to demostrate the quality of their work. It looked much better than the job performed by a conventional wet carpet shampooer had doen prior in the same unit.

The arrived on time measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me an exact price. They assisted with some heavy furniture moving and went to work. Very friendly, worked hard pointed out some stains that might not come completely out ( they did get them out and showed us after cleaning). Explained the dry caret cleaning process and how it works. After completing the job they gave us some follow up instructions.
