I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. "Jonathan was a great hire. He came and worked with my schedule and came on a quick short notice. He came for a clogged toilet and swapped my garbage disposal. The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I plan to have my pipes looked at with a camera because I can’t have this keep happening."
