Joe is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in tiling and plumbing. We had 3 bathroom showers completely re-tiled and the results are beautiful. We have an older home with existing plumbing issues and he was able to take care of all of it as he went along. He is very professional and goes above and beyond in the process. Joe even met us at the tile store several times to help guide us in our selection of materials, etc. The process went smoothly. Everything was kept neat and organized. He is reliable and personable and honestly the best contractor we have had in our home. We will be asking him back when we are ready for our next project!

JoRod Plumbing Restoration was exactly what we needed because the condo we moved into had been mistreated and neglected. We were able to manage cleaning and paintingâ the simple stuffâ but the bathrooms were in such poor condition that we needed an expert, JPR was exactly that. Our two tubs and the connecting shower walls were in a pitiful state, unevenly balanced, raggedly sealed, badly finished then poorly refinished. Certainly they were oldâ from the Kennedy administrationâ but so badly and carelessly treated that they were a shameful eyesore and appeared untrustworthy. We were fortunate enough to find JoRod (after entertaining a couple of hucksters) and knew immediately that he was the man we needed. Yet, we didn't know how talented and determined he was and what magic he could perform. He laid out all the possibilities, costs, and conditions then set to work. Since the tubs were from another era replacing them without knocking holes in the walls behind them was necessary. JPR scoured two counties to find bathtubs of quality and fit. He then began the rigorous work of setting the baths, righting the plumbing and tiling the walls. The results were far more beautiful than we could have imagined. The bathrooms now outshine our living room. Sadly, we will be moving shortly, new jobs in a new city, and hope that if we ever need such plumbing miracle workers we will find one there. Jorod was very easy to work with. He explained the whole process and helped us choose our products to be used in the remodel of our bathroom. He was very good at explaining the process and responding to texts and questions as we went along. He worked very neatly, and I felt secure having him work on our home while we were not there.

They did a good job and I am happy with their work. They did take a bit longer than expected to finish, and I felt like communication about that could have been better.

Joe and his son David were very professional, yet personable. They showed up every day as planned and did a great job remodeling my shower. Joe and his team spent several months with us doing a fabulous major remodel of our 50-year-old townhouse. He completely tore out and remade three full bathrooms and our kitchen down to the studs. It is so beautiful now that guests are stopped in their tracks and I have had many people ask for help with their own projects after seeing it.à   In particular, the guys at JoRod were reliable and on time, organized, friendly and careful. They went above and beyond to make sure everythingà  was done to our specifications, and they offered useful advice when we weren't sure what we wanted to do. They were responsive in communication, polite and easy toà  work with. Joe and I worked together to design a new master bathroom from scratch, borrowingà  space from the closet to add a bathtub. He framed the new room and added walls and a door. He tiled, plumbed, installed and painted. He built me new shelves for the existing closet and brought in an electrician to add all new lighting for all four remodeled rooms. I chose some very complicated tile patterns and he figured it all out.à   He also replaced the water heater and figured out how to vent the space under the house to keep it from corroding.à  He went shopping with me to pick up tile with his truck and picked up things for me that I ordered. This was my second project working with JoRod, since I also hired him to redo the bathroom in my parents' house. I enjoy working with him and would definitely do it again. I can recommend him without hesitation.

Joe was very good and through in his work. He handled removal of old shower and framing for new ceramic tile shower with seat and grab bars. Did a very good professional job. I definitely recommend him and will use him again for other projects.

Joe laid ceramic tile in my living room and patched holes in the wall left after damage from a leaking pipe. He is very efficient, works quickly, is highly professional and very easy to work with. I definitely recommend him and will call upon him again if the need arises.

JoRod Plumbing Restoration quickly and excellently completely a total remodel of my parents' master bathroom. They were helpful, professional, friendly and very easy to work with. He finished the project in a very short time from start to finish. We started with a 1970s orange, yellow and green paisley bathroom with a sunken tub (under ground level) with a sliding glass door to the outside. Joe tore out the tiled sunken tub and filled it all in, including the glass door. He put in a new wall to the outside with a new window and added an ADA Compliant walk-in tiled shower, with a beautiful porcelain seat, shampoo bottle inserts, a hand shower and grab rails for my elderly parents. He completely renovated the vanity and mirrors area and finally painted the whole room, including the woodwork and light fixtures to match the new accessories. The new bathroom is drop-dead gorgeous, safe, and well constructed. Joe even fixed an unrelated leak on a saturday. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. No question.

shoe mark left on the tile floor. he told me to buy goof off to get rid of it. unable to cleat the problem. he wants me to buy generator $300 from him and $ 300 from when mu electricity turn off, and he wants to keep the generator. promised to finished to finish project 12/21/2018, finished 12/26/2018. he told me if i want fix faster he needs to hire another and have to pay extra for it. paid $9,000 for labor work. not worth it. lots of headache

Joe is cleans after work daily. Bring in little supplies that I didn’t have. He is timely and gets work done well. I will definitely refer him and use him again.

Jorod Plumbing did our hall bath remodel which included a porcelain tile tub/shower surround, tile floor and tub installation. Beautiful craftsmanship, reasonable pricing, and cleaned up after finishing each day. He also repaired our water heater in less than an hour.
