"I recently contracted with Brothers and Brothers building to complete renovations on two bathrooms and expansion of the master bedroom walk in closet. This was my second remodeling project having completed a home rebuild a while ago, so I have prior experience working with contractors. Working with Brother and Brother Builders was just a great experience and the finished work is outstanding. Our Project Manager was Daniel Perez who did an excellent job communicating with us on a regular basis, was immediately accessible by text, staying on top of the project, and fulfilling our visions. He is very knowledge and made several suggestions along the way that really enhanced our design. He has a â can doâ attitude. Even into the project I would ask him to do little extras and he always accommodated us with a great smile. Daniel even noticed finished items he did not like and had his crew return to redo the work. He was a delight to work with. The on-site managers, Nick and Oner, were also helpful, professional, and very accommodating. In fact, the whole construction crew was great. The project was completed as per the time line and within the contracted amount, no surprises. With regards to the finished product, we could not be happier. "Bear Remodelling just finished our kitchen remodel and we couldn't be happier! Our 1980s kitchen was cramped and dark, but now it's open, bright and functional. The team guided us through picking cabinets, countertops, and backsplashes that worked together perfectly. What impressed me most was how clean they kept our home during the process - they put up plastic barriers and cleaned up daily. The project manager kept us updated with daily progress reports and was super responsive whenever we had questions. The new island they installed gives us the extra counter space we desperately needed. Worth every penny!"

We hired Eli with Cal Green to do the job and had hoped we made the right decision. In the end we did. Eli was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. "UPDATE ON REVIEW: I gave them all 5 stars after completing the job in November 2018 - It is now the end of March 2019 but unfortunately have to lower the rating. This was a big job - close to $200K, I was a prompt payer, not holding any retention and easy to work with. I have a punch list of items that are still outstanding but payments are not. I believe their intention is to get back out and complete but maybe just not as big of a priority as should be. When a punch list goes over a couple of months, without a scheduled date, it is not reasonable - On to my first review: They completed a major remodel home remodel including an addition to my forever home in Brentwood. Working with Ron, Rob, and Jeff was great from start to finish. Their bid was competitive and complete. Being a single woman I appreciated the extra help, suggestions, and honesty. The architect had made some major mistakes on the design and R and M caught them right away and brought to my attention. Had they built to the plans, they realized it would not have met my expectations. Thanks to their experience we were able to move some things around and get an amazing finished product. They managed their subs well and worked with my architect to exceed my expectations in the finished product. I am looking forward to working with them again in the near future."
