"I worked with Ilan Sigura about 16 years ago for remodeling the house my wife and I purchased and for remodeling a rental property we own in the bay area. We were very happy with the service and the quality of work. Since then, we left the bay area moved to Southern California. But a few months ago the tenant in our rental property left after 12 years and we decided to do extensive work to bring the property to a better condition. Naturally, I reached out to Ilan and asked him to handle the project. I entrusted him to do the work and make some decisions on our behalf since we are not local. Sigura Construction did an excellent job. They met the cost constrained we gave them, and met the timeline committed to us. The quality of the work is exceptional, the attention to details is great, the suggestions they made were very helpful. Overall, we are extremely pleased with results. They did such lovely job on the deck, we had them replace our roof, build a retaining wall under the deck, and build a second deck downstairs.
