I knew right away this guy took a ton of pride in his family's tradecraft. He also built into the pricing to account for unexpected surprises like wood damage and he was also willing to work with me on pricing when our actual roof dimensions was larger than the estimate I provided for him on area, which consequently meant more materials needed to finish the project. George pulled all the necessary permits and handled all the city paperwork. The project took about 7-10 days to complete which included exterior paint, decking repair, stucco repair, wood repair and restoration. His crew showed up on time and kept the site very clean.
