Best deck staining pros near Playa Del Rey, CA

"Josh has done all the work on our doors from the original application of a custom stain which I love. He has done an amazing job. He came back it has been 2 years just to put a new top coat to maintain the door finish."

"We were extremely pleased first with the promptness of the crew. The meticulous attention to details and consulting with us on any questions regarding what we could expect. The preparation , sanding, power  washing, covering of plants, etc. was exceptional. Many paint colors were tried before we found the one we wanted. We also had our deck and railings painted and again meticulous preparation and attention to all problems of wood, etc. The crew was as unobtrusive as possible, very polite and friendly.  Same experience with the interior crew.  Very accommodating to additional requests - always asking if I was pleased with result.  Added bonus of free touchups anywhere in house.  Will definitely use again and recommend.

"I moved into a new house and needed two rooms painted before my furniture arrived. Jose was my third painter, after the previous two were no show. He came on time for the estimate, pointed out the over painting on some of the frames and asked if I wanted that corrected. He showed up on time to complete the job and did an amazing job. It was perfect and his clean up was great. I highly recommend Jose."

"The wood had been re-stained less than a year ago by a painter who did not properly treat the wood and the siding had suffered some water damage.  The folks from J&B did a very good job with what they had to work with, and when we expressed some displeasure at how the wood looked, they did additional work, sanding and prepping and re-stainng in an effort to make us happy.  I'd use them again.

"I must say George Parks was a refreshing difference from all the contractors we had quoted from. Out of the 5 contractors that bid for us, George, as the sole proprietor, came out and gave us straight forward, no-nonsense bid. He was methodical in his site inspection work and gave us a best case scenario of how the ideal roof repair was supposed to go. He wasn't slick or gimmicky with pricing. I knew right away this guy took a ton of pride in his family's tradecraft. He also built into the pricing to account for unexpected surprises like wood damage and he was also willing to work with me on pricing when our actual roof dimensions was larger than the estimate I provided for him on area, which consequently meant more materials needed to finish the project. George pulled all the necessary permits and handled all the city paperwork. The project took about 7-10 days to complete which included exterior paint, decking repair, stucco repair, wood repair and restoration. His crew showed up on time and kept the site very clean. George served as foreman and was there every single day without fail. We spent 30 minutes each day with a work in progress walk around and updates whenever a major phase was completed. At all times, he was keeping an eye on the quality control and ferrying supplies to keep the crews working on schedule. His crews are experienced, polite, and punctual. In the end, he cleaned up the site better than he left it. The house now looks brand new and the painting looks immaculate. He was the right combo of services for us. We had hard to paint areas (like the chimney and high rooftop trims) and the fact we had coordinated with the roofing schedule, the outcomes were better than if they were done in piecemeal. The painters were able to reach difficult areas that would have required scaffolding but since we did the roof at the same time, they were able to integrate access to hard areas seamlessly in the schedule. This was a significant repair for us but I felt I had my money well spent on all the work that needed to be done. He was fair, honest, punctual, transparent, and experienced. He stood firm on his quote with no up-sells. He budgeted for allowances for unseen surprises within reason. He also stood behind his workmanship. A+ work."

"Christian and his crew of 6 painted my 3800 square foot home in 2 days. Additionally, they accommodated my request to add an additive to the paint for insulation. They were professional and neat. They went beyond the agreement and painted other out buildings. The crew had a good attitude and worked well together."

"John and Jesus did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home, along with two out buildings. They were meticulous and tidy, on time and easy to work with. I really appreciated their professionalism and expertise, such a pleasure to have a team follow through on what was promised. John listened to all my concerns and put in great effort to address some problems we had with leaking gutters that would spoil a new paint job. They also had to remove and replace a bunch of stacked pavers which looked perfect after they were done. I would highly recommend this company and use their services again if needed in the future."

"Work was done promptly, to my complete satisfaction. The paint colors selected were spot on to what I requested. They paid excellent attention to details and restored the home to give it more "curb appeal". I will be using them in the future for work on my other properties."
