"Couldn’t have been an easier, more thorough, or safer experience. Max responded immediately to my Angie’s List request. He knew exactly what the error code on my Bosch dishwasher meant plus its likely causes and solutions, and already had replacement parts if the cause ended up being mechanical. He was not only prompt - he actually called to see if he could arrive 15 minutes prior to our scheduled timeframe. He had all the right expertise and equipment to diagnose the problem quickly, fix it, test it, and clean out the drain lines completely which I appreciated so I could have the rest of my Saturday afternoon free. He charged a reasonable fee and applied the diagnostic fee against the cost of the repair & parts. I would definitely call him again for any appliance repair. Note about safety: Due to coronavirus concerns, I’d been trying to avoid calling in a repairman, but I’d already tried all the troubleshooting steps in the manual, the Bosch website, and on YouTube, so I knew it was time to bring in a pro. Max arrived in mask and gloves, not to mention shoe coverings, and stayed socially distanced throughout, which I appreciated."

"Kassy's eye is not of this world. I am certain she is from another planet with the vision and insight to see things us humans cannot not visualize. When she remodeled my home office from the shabby white box of a room it was to the place I spend the most time in now (even more than my bathroom) I could not believe my eyes. When I hired her to setup a new retail office space for one of my fashion brands downtown Los Angeles, the comments we received the most were "you guys look like you belong in Beverly Hills...are you expensive?" LOL It is Kassy's phenomenal ability to see color combinations and textures that work well together that amazes me the most. And the fact that she knows how to swing a hammer if need be is just a plus. I am very happy to call Kassy a friend and she will always be my go-to person for anything design related. "Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."
