We hired the Jonathan’s team to upgrade our old house into our dream home and could not be happier. It was a major project, including converting an unfinished garage into a permitted living space, and rebuilding most of the structure while keeping some of the original redwood bones and craftsman charm other builders didn’t want to touch. Jonathan has been with us every step of the way, from architectural drawings and shepherding plans through the city, to major excavation and framing, now to the last finishing touches. Whether Jonathan’s employees or hired subcontractors, everyone on the job has done top notch work and displayed pride in their craft. Big shout outs to Salvador the framer for stopping at nothing short of perfection and to Courtney the interior designer for helping turn our ideas into a reality beyond our dreams. We will raise our family in a beautiful home and creating many memories for years to come. Thank you Jonathan!

TBM Builders did a complete remodeling of our kitchen, bathrooms and living room. They really earned our 5 stars from the design all the way to the small finishing touches. Jonathan who managed this entire project, listened well and offered good design options to fit our needs. And he was very helpful with his ideas, problem solving and finishes. When some challenges came up with the remodeling, Jonathan could come up with excellent solutions while his team executed them while ensuring the job got done right. We found all the workers to be professional, courteous and skilled in their various trades. They did a stunning job of communicating with us throughout the project, and afterward. I have already highly recommended TBM Builders to several family members and friends.

After researching and receiving estimates from several home improvement companies near my house, & I came across TBM Builders. I called them and was immediately impressed by the level of customer service provided by the office staff. Evelyn was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. Before I knew it, we had set the meeting date to further discuss what we were looking for. Compared to other meetings we’ve set up with contractors in the past, this felt so different. The owner Jonathan came to meet with my husband and I, he was kind and very interested in hearing every detail of what we wanted. You could tell he is passionate about making customers happy and giving them their dream remodel. Not only did they deliver on giving us our dream kitchen, we added some minor improvements to our back patio as well. They are a great company to work with, very honest, efficient and responsive. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I cannot day enough about Jonathan and his team! This is a team that works with the utmost integrity and takes so much pleasure in their craft. My house is beyond perfect now. They never ended their day with making sure everything was spotless. I truly felt like they were part of the family and miss them. Their workmanship is impeccable and my washroom has made my family and friend an envious! Thank you so much and I would use them again and again without hesitation!
