Couldn’t have been an easier, more thorough, or safer experience. Max responded immediately to my Angie’s List request. He knew exactly what the error code on my Bosch dishwasher meant plus its likely causes and solutions, and already had replacement parts if the cause ended up being mechanical. He was not only prompt - he actually called to see if he could arrive 15 minutes prior to our scheduled timeframe. He had all the right expertise and equipment to diagnose the problem quickly, fix it, test it, and clean out the drain lines completely which I appreciated so I could have the rest of my Saturday afternoon free. He charged a reasonable fee and applied the diagnostic fee against the cost of the repair & parts. I would definitely call him again for any appliance repair. Note about safety: Due to coronavirus concerns, I’d been trying to avoid calling in a repairman, but I’d already tried all the troubleshooting steps in the manual, the Bosch website, and on YouTube, so I knew it was time to bring in a pro. Max arrived in mask and gloves, not to mention shoe coverings, and stayed socially distanced throughout, which I appreciated.

They recommended for me to buy a new one because the cost of fixing the fridge would be too high. They were very honest.
