They didn't really know where the breakage was and they had camera's to see. My son cut the hole in the wall to expose the pipe that was disconnected. They repaired the pipe and were on their way. My house was built in 1965 and if the drywall was placed before 1972 hazmat would have had to inspect first. After they fixed the pipe I had to get a drywall contractor. They did exactly what they were supposed do.

we hired another plumber who did the job - and had it completed before Jack's Plumbing said that they could even begin!
and, as for the hard/rocks ground - the plumber that we hired did the job w/man power and shovels

Kitchen sink had been slow draining for quite some time as well as the master bathroom toilet not working. It wasn't a problem with the toilet not functioning, it was something in the lines. I called Jack's and they sent somebody out the next day. There were two people, one worked on the bathroom problem and the other on the kitchen sink. It too a little bit, but they eventually fished a blockage out of the lines. They were both very friendly and professional.
