EXCELLENT!! The company was very responsive, quick and inexpensive. Plumbers name was Wesley and he made a great and lasting impression. Bells came highly recommended by friends, and will be highly recommended to friends.

Thought it would be a simple drain cleaning. Turned out that squirrels over 17 years were dropping acorns down the vent. Took some doing but the plumber finally got the line all cleared out. Would definitely hire Bell's Plumbing again when the need arises. Craig L.

Since we don't live on the property permanently, we needed this job done on a weekend. Bell's was very responsive and accommodating, scheduling us on the following weekend from our call. Our person arrived a couple of hours late, but was very professional and nice. The job ended up hitting a couple of snags, which caused it to run many hours longer than expected. They did a good job working thru the problem. The reason for the B grade is two folks: 1) even though the work was finally done, it went very slowly, which was painful given the steep weekend hourly rate (which was previously communicated to us), and 2) part of the slowdown was because of our guy's unfamiliarity with our faucet, and even though we pointed out the instructions that came with it, he insisted on figuring it out on his own, which he didn't quite ever get.

Great! The plumber was professional, personable and gave me great information.

We're satisfied very satisfied actually. But do hate paying that amount of money.

Bells (Dan) came out promptly to examine the system. It was around 4 pm. He realized that fixing the problem would take several hours. After leaving for an hour to buy parts he returned and worked in the intense heat to fix the system. It turned out that the bypass valve to the water softener had become clogged with small rocks. Dan spent over three hours systematically working through the system. A true professional with a very pleasant personality. A great service and at a very reasonable cost.

He was great! They had very prompt responses to my call and came out the same day. He pinpointed the problem and was able to stop the overflow in the same visit. Very clean and friendly gentleman. Would absolutely use again!

They have done a good job every time. It was a major clog and it took a lot of work to clean it out. They put camera down, which is expensive, to see what was going on down there. Their price is so fair. They just do the work, go back and decide how much to charge us and send a bill. It is always fair. They are always here on time.

We first called another company that couldn't come quickly.  They referred us to Bell's.  I had already started looking for another company and had seen the reviews for Bell's.  When Ricky came to the door, he first introduced himself and then proceeded to look at the layout of our rooms and where the plumbing would be for our manufactured home on a foundation.  My son is here to remodel our bathroom and he walked Ricky through it and helped look for our clean out.  They couldn't find it but saw where the neighbor's.  He removed the toilet in the master bath in order to try to clear the drains.  He went about 80 ft and still found no blockage.  He and my son soon were looking in the neighbors clean outs to access whether they had problems also.  It turned out that there were five homes with problems.  One of my neighbors had such a serious problem that they had gone to a hotel overnight and there was another plumber working on their problem.  After discussion with my neighbor, my husband contacted the residential park management because it was determined that it was a tree root and the park then had Ricky complete the job for them.  Ricky stuck with it and the problem was resolved for us AND our neighbors!  The services are charged to the park so I don't know if the are fair or not.  BUT I plan on referring the company to others and calling them again.
My son has worked with other plumbers out of state and he was very impressed with the simple care Ricky took with our home to insure that sanitary conditions were a priority for us.

Woke up on a Friday morning to find a leak spraying from main water line at faucet. Called Bell's and they promised a technician by 3pm. He actually arrived around 2:30 (early!). He assessed the problem and we discussed options. As work progressed, we decided to replace the main valve and add a pressure regulator, too. Also requested replacement of water heater flex lines which had been leaking for quite some time (and been putting off). It wound up being a long afternoon with the additional work, but the tech was very nice. Top quality work and very timely. I recommend Bell's!

Kyle was very professional. He arrived -and finished- his work during the given window. We had been dealing with a chronically wobbly toilet in the master bath since we bought the house. Though we were able to tighten the bolts at the base of the toilet, it was clear that the wobble would never go away unless we had a professional come out and take a look. Kyle was professional, quiet and cleaned up after all the work was done. He even offered to caulk the toilet in the master and guest bathrooms - a chore that we didn't want to tackle because it would look so amateur if we did it ourselves. We were very very pleased with the work and would use Bell's in the future.

The last service they performed for us was because of a faulty faucet we had purchased from a firm in SLO. The water was suddenly running down under the sink when it was turned on. Obviously, something was very wrong. The plumber was out first thing the next morning, removed the faucet, performed several functions to determine what was wrong and when that seemed impossible to fix, he was honest and said the faucet had simply failed. We returned the fixture to the firm in SLO and they replaced it. We are still waiting to see if they reimburse us for the removal and reinstallation of the faucet. Bell's always gives us great service and they have the most detailed billing of any firm we have ever dealt with. The plumbers give us advice about avoiding another service call which has proven to be quite helpful.

Punctual, friendly, clean and affordable. He got it done quickly and gave some advice to keep things flowing in the future. They gave my problem priority since both tubs were clogged and there are 7 people in the household. They also did some work at my church and were quick, thorough and reasonable there too.

We had just moved into our home and the realtor said that the house had been and quot;winterizedand quot; and that we would need a plumber before using any water. We called Bell's and they had a person out within the hour. Kelly was very professional and helpful. He said that he doubted it had been winterized, but would verify it anyway. He confirmed that it had not, and offered to give us an overview of the house since we would be charged for the visit anyway. He quickly fixed a faucet that we thought would need replacing. He recommended a high capacity water softener due to our area (I confirmed this with test strips). He showed us jobs that we could do ourselves and jobs that would require a professional. He drained our water heater and showed us how to do it so we could do it annually and not have to call out a plumber. He recommended we replace our water heater, which I was reluctant to do. Now 4 months later, it is starting to leak. He even instructed us to not put stuff that we cared about in the corner where the water eventually collected when it failed. Kelly knew about all of the warranties we were entitled to on our existing fixtures and appliances. We will definitely use them in the future. They were a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Serviceman was prompt, courteous, and skilled.

Called Bell when I discovered the hot water heater was leaking. They responded and performed an outstanding job. They were prompt, neat, and through.

Saturday service was offered without any extra charges because I called on Friday to make an appointment and the young man showed up on time, introduced himself and presented himself in such a positive manner, we were sure we would again be satisfied with Bell's Plumbing Service. They have been our plumber for several years and we've never had any complaint of any kind. He set a new toilet for us which we had bought the day before. The fixture was quite heavy and he hauled it upstairs by himself and did an excellent job in a timely manner. The old toilet was difficult to remove from the tile floor but he did the job and then did a great job of cleaning up. He told us about a rebate available from the local water company that we did not know about and how to keep the
proper parts of the box that we would need in order to collect the rebate. We were really grateful to him for this information. We have had Bell's do everything from installing a new water heater to drain cleaning to installation of fixtures and they've been the BEST we've ever dealt with. We've asked them questions that they've answered honestly and helped us with additional tasks once they arrive for an appointment. We couldn't be more pleased with their services and their personnel.

They're very fair and prompt. We just liked them a lot. They're willing to work with you financially which is really helpful. They seem like they have a lot of integrity.

Bell plumbing is just plain outstanding. Very professional, knowledgeable and the pricing is great. I highly recommend them if you need a plumber.
