The technicians arrived on time .I explained what was happening. Told me what he believed was going on. He did not remove or examine anything closely. He proceeded to tell me what it would cost would be before he did any work. The cost was highway robbery for the type of work it would take to repair. I will never call this company for any of repairs or services

We had our gas furnace/air handler replaced. The salesman did not pressure us at all to upgrade the AC condenser until it was needed. The office staff was receptive and helped us schedule a time that worked for us. ON install day the technician showed up on time and was VERY personable, polie, and professional. Our original wiring was not "wrong" but somewhat out of the ordinary. Our technican called supervisor out to give a second check and was here in minutes. This is an advantage of hiring a truly local company with local people doing the work. The job was done way faster than we expected and the work area was put back cleaner than found. One notable item is the technician both seemed genuinely happy and happy with the work they were doing and the company they work for. I would very highly recommend Paso heating and air to anyone who needs work. Thank you!!

The one day with a drought for years we had a big rain storm on that day. Figured no way are they going to do this. But to my surprise at least 4 guys showed up and two trucks showed  and set waterproof cover up over where the a/c was  being installed and electrical box. Worked all day nonstop rain finally stopped in the afternoon. Resealed and replaced  some ducting  also. Even the owner drove out to inspect and that was impressive on its own. No leaks, very efficient and quiet for a 3 ton unit. They came out just this last tuesday for the 6 month check and guy was so professional and looked at everything even the bearings on the blower. Outside washed off the unit and found that ants were attempting to get into the relay so we added an ant bait in there. Looked for oil leaking from the bearings also. I interviewed a lot of A/C groups and most said they did new installs or retrofits but when  when they followed up they had either bailed all together or the price was terrible for what they offered. Was so glad this company was interested when we lived a ways away from them. You cannot go wrong with Paso Robles Heating & Air conditioning!

One of our AC units stopped working, so we called to schedule an appointment.  They were able to send someone out the next day.  The technician's name was Paul - he was prompt, courteous and professional.  He very quickly located the problem (a family member had opened one of the units in the attic, and did not close it again completely, so a safety mechanism kept the unit from running).  After closing the unit properly, Paul took the time to double-check to make sure everything on both units was working properly before he left.

A technician came out the same day as I called.  I had smelled gas when the furnace was on and decided that I needed a new furnace since this one was about 23 years old.  He turned off the gas to the furnace and when he inspected it, agreed with me that a new furnace was needed.  He took measurements, photos, and said that he would research the options.  Within several days they sent me an estimate of what it would cost with 3 different options with varying costs.  I decided on one option, called them to let them know and they went ahead and ordered it.  While they proceeded ahead with due speed, I was still without heat (except for a small space heater) for about 2 weeks.  They came out when my schedule and theirs permitted it and installed the new furnace.  They spent about 6 hours and did a very professional job.  About a week later the county inspector came out and found no fault with the installation. 
I was very pleased with their professionalism.  Don, the owner of Paso Robles Heating and Air called a few days later to see if I had any questions or concerns.  I would highly recommend Paso Robles Heating and Air.

The young man that came was later than expected.  However, he performed an excellent service removing and discarding my old water heater and installing a new one.   The cost is inclusive of labor, water heater, and all new hoses, connections, etc.   A very professional job well done. 

Paso Robles Heating and Air Conditioning deserves the highest rating over all others.  We obtained 5 bids on our project and only Paso Robles HVAC provided a quality analysis of the products that would work best for our house and of the work that would be required at a reasonable price.  Therefore we contracted with them to install our new HVAC system.
We worked closely with the owner/manager throughout the process. He was just great!  Highly knowledgable and experienced.
The work was scheduled and they arrived on time and completed the job as scheduled.  The workers were very professional.
They new system has been in place since Nov. 2012.  We have much lower gas bills and the new A/C worked beautifully.   Finally our house maintained a comfortable temperation even through a very hot Summer followed by a very cold winter. 
They also follow-up on their work and have made two no charge service visits to check on the system,  change filters, and do any needed adjustments.
I highly recommend them.  
It is so hard to find a quality contractor, but we really were lucky to have found Paso Robles Heating and Air Conditioning.

Don the owner came out within a few days of calling to assess our situation and gave us several options and recommendations. Within 2 days we had our bid. He came in under $1000 less than the other heating contractor I had contacted who was not prompt. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Within a few days of our accepting his bid, Eli and another worker, I believe his name was Caleb, arrived with all equipment. It was a difficult job to get the gas line to the furnace and to deal with the insulation we just installed a few minutes before they arrived. Overall it took about 2 days to install this unit. Eli was very smart about solving all the problems and was always in good humor. Caleb was also and both kept their nose to the grindstone until it was finished. They both answered our many questions as they worked hard to get the job done. 
After they finished the heater worked perfectly.
My wife and I would recommend their services without qualification. Kudos for a job well done.
