I had him one day, and then the next day we noticed water coming out of our water heater. So I called him and he was on his way taking his daughter to school, which is just a block away from our house. So he stopped by and then went to work and brought back a new water heater and installed it. He is a nice person. You can tell. He just wanted to help us. He knew we needed a water heater and he fixed it for us right away."
