"I located Marblecare of San Diego while searching Angles List. I decided to consider them because of their high rating and positive reviews. We wanted to get an estimate on cleaning and sealing granite counter tops and walls in our kitchen. Joe the owner, returned my call within a few hours, came over to our home the next day to provide an estimate and performed the work two days later.to deal with individual. He was very meticulous and explained exactly what he was going to do before starting the work. He finished the work in a few hours and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed. Time will tell how his work stands up over time. However, I am sure if any problems develop, or a touch up is needed, he will come back to resolve the issue. Based on my experience with Marblecare this week I would consider using them again."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Miguel and his crew did a good job and their price was WELL below other licensed contractor estimates (Miguel is licensed by the Contractors State License Board...with no complaint activity... is bonded and, according to the CSLB, has workers' comp for his employees...he also has an A+ rating with the BBB). Communication was a little hit-and-miss (particularly by email), but if it was important he always got back to me quickly (since I suspect that he's in the field quite a bit, texting and phone calls work best). He stuck to the anticipated install schedule and completed the demo and install in the same day (as promised). I had some minor issues that I had him come back for and he and his crew were very quick in returning to take a look (the issue ended up being with the granite itself and nothing that they had done)."

"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. "We felt we received a very fair price, particularly with the 25% discount that was available at the time we contacted Apollo. We visited Apollo's studio and were able to select from a wide variety of pavers and manufacturers.  We also appreciated the advice we received from the office staff there.  Apollo Owner Jose Cuellar and Jesus (the project manager) personally reviewed the daily work to assure it was done properly.  They also were very informative when we asked them for advice on certain issues, for instance, which sealer to use.  The work was done by very conscientious demolition and paver installation crews.  Demolition can be noisy and dusty, but the crew told us what to expect each day and carefully cleaned up the work site at the end of the day.  The paver installation crew was very professional and very attentive to detail - we ended up with a beautiful job.
