She spent at lease two zoom meetings with me (each last about 1 hour) and very responsive. Belle had multiple phone calls with me to answer/address all questions I had. She was also informative about progress to when the proposal will be ready. I received the details proposal in writtings. We have not moved forward yet as the price is border of our budget.
