The team from Angel Perez, technician, to the installers, Don and Don and those that work in the office were nothing less than helpful, kind, professional, informative and courteous. The installation process was flawless and took just a few hours. The guys were very friendly but more importantly, they made us feel confident in what they were doing. We worked out the finances which was a very simple and easy process and by the end of the day we had nice cool air flowing on a day that had temperatures in the high 90s. "I had used Ed before with my other house. I recently hired him to clean the dryer duct at my other house. When he moved the dryer, he saw that there was a lot of lint in the body of the dryer (a fire hazard). Because he could access it, he cleaned it all out as well as the duct. The air flow is perfect. "I had a gas valve and water valves that were woefully old and needed replacing. I read the reviews for All City and was impressed so I gave them a call. From the beginning, the experience was fantastic. Jasmine answered my call and was pleasant, informative, and answered all of my questions. She was able to get someone out to my house in a day! The day of service I received a text from my tech, Ruben, letting me know he was on his way, and he was early at that! I can’t say enough great things about Ruben. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around cool dude! He had my gas valve fixed within 15 minutes, which is no small task. The valve and piping are over 50 years old. I was impressed with how quickly and thoroughly the job was done. He had to come back the next day to replace the water valves so we made an appointment for the next morning. Let me first say, I am an early riser. I jokingly told Ruben this the prior day when asked what time he could arrive the next day, we set the appointment for 9am (I’m already up for 3 hours normally). At 7am I get a text that he is on his way, Ruben followed this up with a phone call making sure it was ok to come that early. OF COURSE! Again, he showed up smiling and ready to go. Despite the challenges of the ancient pipes he had the job done in no time. He was also kind enough to provide new hoses for the washing machine. Additionally, he actually made a run to the hardware store to get a longer gas hose to accommodate where I intended to position my stacked washer/dryer! Let me emphasize again, I cannot say enough great things about Ruben and the service I received. He went above and beyond any expectations and was able to get a job done that I thought near impossible. People like him are rare these days and not only does his personal work ethic shine through, but by proxy he makes All City a cut above and beyond all plumbing companies. I will defiantly be using them, and requesting Ruben, for all of my plumbing needs moving forward."

After the initial consultations with one of the companies ( (name I wonâ t disclose)I was almost in tears about how many of their technicians were out of work and that I would help put food on their table...... I reluctantly agreed and signed the contract. After further thoughts I said to myself â he got me and immediately cancelled!!
