I have hired this company many times for work on my house and they always deliver exceptional quality at an affordable price. They built a beautiful wall and flagstone patio for my backyard. They also built a beautiful concrete pathway up to my front door and did the landscaping watering system and the entire outdoor lighting system. I most recently had Ricardo out to do all the bark for my house which looks amazing!

We hired Ricardo and his crew for backyard landscaping with building of retaining walls, pavers installation, and cement work and trees planting for each side of the backyard. They did an excellent job with the retaining walls and the pavers we decided to have them design and build our front yard landscaping as well. We also have them build a gate for the front porch and a metal screen door for side door. Their brick and metal works were just excellent and the gates were nicely powder coated. Lightings were also installed in the front and back yard. At the end we also have Ricardo built a 8x10 ft shed for us. Everything was done to perfection. One thing that really impressed me about this group was they showed up to work every day when weather permits. Communication was very easy with Ricardo and most importantly the quotes he gave us were more than reasonable. Greystone Landscape is run by an excellent group of people. I will call them again for future projects and will recommend them to my friends with no hesitation.

Ricardo and his team went above and beyond what he had bid on. They removed a bunch of concrete while protecting the roots of my trees and graded my yard for better irrigation. They were friendly, hard working, and honest. In addition to all of this work that was completed as bid, Ricardo and his team brought in dirt to help fill in areas where the concrete was removed, and moved a big pile of woods chips for me so that the kids and I wouldnâ t have to use the wheelbarrow to bring them in the yard. After many contractors falling short over the last 4 years I was so thankful for the great work he and his team did. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Hired to install 6 in. catch basins for flood side yard. Crew started dig of 4 in. trench. I questioned how 4 in. diameter pvc pipe could be placed in 4 in. of ground only 1 in. under topsoil. Ricardo, agreed instructing 6 in. trench be dug to start. Start of pipe on high ground L shape with down slope. Crew did not install 6 in. basins. Ricardo, left to other job leaving crew unsupervised for 2 days. Came by twice once again at 4pm on day 3 to get payment. Replaced old 4 in. drains, not adequate for velocity of ground water with same 4 in. drains. Drains are too high water cannot enter. Crew ALSO forgot to place main drain at low end and did not notice. Ricardo, never advised change to eliminate 6 in. basins. When questioned said it was my fault, as I wanted pipe 2 inches deeper at start forcing crew to dig so deep 6 in. basins could not be used. Instead 16 in. extensions sloppily cut for drains. Drain system audited. Result 4 in. drains cannot take water velocity. Can use 6 in. basin with matching stack risers made for deep slope drains. Ricardo refused to correct. $3777 for bad job. Trench not back filled or compacted leaving hazardous sinkholes in yard. Although we had agreed on the terms and the contract wasnt specific to our verbal agreement. When changes were made there was no communication and the contract wasnt revised to show the changes in the work.

They were expedient and got our fence up in a couple days!

Apiece from the rising costs of repairs, and rebuilding, Greystone did a great job of rebuilding our fence, and helping the drainage, in record time! Took less than a week for either repair to be scheduled and repaired! Couldnâ t have asked for nicer guys! New gate and all work great! Drains are so good, that they are clearing more water than ever! Thanks Greystone!

Concerned about the amount of redwood roots removed because I didn't feel the project was supervised at that crucial time, but conversely,WE probably should have initiated this project much sooner to mitigate this problem. Ricardo and his team were excellent. We no longer have to worry about our backyard flooding. They installed a new french drain, removed the remnants of a drain that was no longer working and also connected our gutters so everything drains out to the street. We would definitely recommend Ricardo and will hire him for future projects.

Great job. I told Ricardo what I wanted and he and his crew went above and beyond to do the job. They cut 20 feet of concrete and dug out the trench, put 5 drains in back field the dirt and poured concrete all in 2 1/2 days. I believe that they have stopped the flooding in our backyard. Oh, they also trenched front yard laying drainage pipe to the sidewalk. Wife and I are totally happy with the work and cleanliness after completion. We highly recommend Greystone Landscape and I will tell all my friends about this company.

Ricardo and uncle did an outstanding job. Ricardo drew up landscaping plans that fit into our budget and made our front yard the best in the neighborhood. He made a point to always come early and completed every thing on time. He did triple retaining walls with drainage and lights in the walls. He was extremely professional and polite, he planted many flowers and shrubs that enhanced beauty to the yard. We have recommended him to many neighbors and friends and would definitely hire him again for all future landscaping work.

He did an excellent job leveling my backyard for my greenhouse project. He asked to come a bit earlier than expected and finished so quickly! He was very accommodating with our requests and the price for his service was very reasonable. Will hire again!

I had two retaining walls done.The First was 27 feet 3 feet tall. The 2nd was 67 feet 2 feet tall. A lot Of digging was required on both. They did an excellent job. Each wall took 3 days. They were right on budget for me.
