Yb kept us up to date with emails and calls as we coordinated our schedules. They arrived ahead of schedule but waited until we were ready. The cleaners had their supplies and equipment and seemed very competent. They did one load of laundry as agreed. Hard to fit several washer and dry cycles into 2 hours. They cleaned 4 sliding glass doors which we requested and which was very much appreciated. The cleaners forgot to empty the kitchen wastebasket but things were getting rushed towards the end because we wanted to keep to a 3 hour max. We would definitely hire them again."
