Maribell and her staff were fantastic. They did a great job cleaning our house and were very detailed. There were no surprises as they met with us to give a specific quote on price and exactly what they were going to do.

Very well..they were very professional and cleaned so well.

Didn't speak English well enough. Broke things and didn't tell me. Washed my dishes and did the most important windows. Didn't mind picking up toys or making bed.

People doing the hard work are doing a great job. House needed a lot of generaly cleaning and dusting. They arrive on time and work continually.

This is a reliable, professional and affordable house cleaning service. I have been using them for about 4 months, twice a month. The three women who come every other week are wonderful - they do a great job, they are considerate, responsible and kind. I am so grateful to have found this service and will most definitely continue with it. The owner, Maribel, is exceptionally conscientious and frequently checks in to make sure the work done is to my satisfaction. She is super reliable and professional. This is a great company - if you need help with house cleaning, you should really give them a call.

Maribel's team did a amazing job cleaning our new home. A team of 3 very nice women arrived on-time to deep clean our new home and left the house spotless! I've recommended Magical Cleaning to my friends and would do the same for everyone else.

Very well. Team of three women showed up on time with all supplies necessary including a vacuum. I have a 3,000 square foot house and was quoted a time and an amount as an estimate but as I asked they also do additional work such as stripping two beds and to wash the linens and towels, they took 4 hours rather than the estimated 2 1/2 to 3. I was fine with the extra time. They did not need supervising, which was good because I needed to leave. Came home to a clean house. So happy. Would definitely call them again.

Great! The team of ladies were very thorough, polite and worked very hard to complete job. They also were on time and polite. They worked continuously throughout job to make sure it was clean and pleasant for next tenant. Their supervisor is very responsible and organized the team perfectly. I even received a mailed thank you note - a nice touch.

It went well. They showed up when they were able to. I needed someone to help clean my condo I was preparing to rent out on short notice. They came, cleaned, charged me what they quoted me, and then even sent me an invoice by mail when I asked for it. Overall I was very pleased and would be happy to use them again. Highly recommend.

The ladies did an excellent job cleaning the house. They were nice to talk to. They also mentioned that they will use natural cleaning products next time to clean the house , this time due to the thorough clean needed, just vinegar etc would not have done. I am extremely happy with their service and am hoping to continue.

The staff did a fantastic job. My home was clean - top to bottom - and smelled great. They asked what I'd like done and for specific instructions to ensure I would be satisfied. If there are specific products or tools you want used, be sure to have them out.

Arrived on time, worked diligently + each time every two weeks from then on.

I was very pleased with the service. The owner, Mirabel, took time on a Saturday (not a normal workday for her, I understand) to join her cleaners for a first walk through. She followed me around the house, asking detailed questions, describing the service options, etc. - generally being very attentive to the job to ensure the service I received was exactly what I wanted. And it was exactly that. The cleaners she brought in were diligent, careful, and thorough - they did a terrific job. On top of everything, the price was very reasonable. I'm exceedingly pleased with the results and intend to engage Magic Cleaners for regular service. Highly recommended.

They did a good job but i wanted them to come again and they didn't return my call.

Magical cleaning crew did a thorugh complete job. This was the first full cleaningin5-6 months due to house remodeling and reqired more time than normal. Next visit will be more routine and at lower price.

The ladies are great. Always prompt and do a great job (and believe me I'm picky).

They came out one time before and they didn't do a good job. I should have learned from the first time but i gave them a second chance. When they came out they didn't do the list I left them to do. I called them back to come finish cleaning and they did so that's why I gave them a second chance. The second time they came out they stayed for the whole 4 hours and didn't finish the job. My daughter even said they were chatting and laughing and weren't getting the work done obviously. Through out all of this, she has been cancelling and giving crazy excuses to why she can't make it or why she would be late and the whole process has been very frustrating and ridiculous. She even took the check I left her and I have been in and out of contact with her trying to get the issue resolved the by giving me my money back or even a partial refund. It seems as though she decided not to give my money back so that's why I'm writing this review. I have been with Angie's List for some time and have NEVER been in a situation like this with a Service Provider. I just don't understand how the job COULD NOT get done with TWO people doing the work. I JUST WANT WARN POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF HER LACK OF SERVICE.

They are polite and seem to want to please. I do not speak Spanish so communication was a problem. Maribel the owner of the business is available by phone most of the time to be of help. They seem to have "child care problems often" or some other reason for not being able to arrive on time or worse case not able to come at all. The first three months were very satisfactory. Howwever, I began to feel that the business was not interested in providing a monthly service. The last time they were here I had to call to find out if they were going to show up. The time was set for 11 a.m.. I received a call back from Maribel saying that they had a flat tire on the way here and would arrive at 2:30. I agreed to the arrival time. In reality they ariivied at 3 p.m.. and I decided I was tired of being jerked around. I would hire the service for an occasional cleaning but not on a regular basis.

They do a thorough job. Some small quibbles about leaving rags around or not putting things back where they were, but overall we are pleased.

With no prompting, they also clean shower, fixtures, sink, door and cabinets, mirrors, even walls. In kitchen, they clean microwave and toaster oven and coffee pot, inside and out; counters, stove top, top of refrigerator, cabinet fronts and top, wash stray dishes (would wash more if I had more), and, of coursse, sweep, scrub, and rinse floors. Since there's usually more time, they will also vacuum, dust, polish, clean cobwebs, even wipe down windows. They work hard and thoroughly, finding things to clean right up until their time is up! And they are always pleasant and professional. :-)

They did a very nice job! I was very impressed with them. It was $70 for two people for 2 hours. I felt the pricing was excellent! They were able to work quickly because the home is kept up. The owner followed up. This was my first time hiring them and I plan to hire them regularly now.

I was very happy with their service. Charging by the house gave me flexibility to customize the job which was great. I was especially happy with the bathrooms and the windows. I'm going to continue to use them every two weeks.

The first time they came in we were really dirty so it took them quite awhile. They had to start breaking down the grease on my blinds and cabinets. Each time they clean it gets a little better. I didn’t have a deep clean with them at first like most people do but they are working on it every couple of weeks. You can bring them back whenever you want, every two weeks, every week or every month. The owner is a very sweet and young lady. She is very business oriented, polite and professional. It was a very good choice.
